2. Collected Personal Details
A. Member Registration Details
To create and manage your portal account, we collect necessary identifier details such as your full name, work or school email address, organizational title, and assigned role.
B. Google SSO Authentication
When signing in via Single Sign-On (SSO), Google securely shares your fundamental account credentials—such as full name, email address, and avatar image—allowing seamless account creation without password storage.
3. Connected Google Workspace Services
To make content management effortless, administrators and teachers can link external Google services. Below is an itemized breakdown of each requested integration scope:
Google Docs Access
- Scope Requested: Read-only access to specific Google Documents.
- Purpose: Allows educators to import text-based lesson guides directly into learning tracks.
- Data Usage: Extracted document structure is rendered as dynamic lesson text inside our platform.
- Retention: Converted lesson content is stored in our database. The source document stays untouched in Google Drive.
- Revocation: Access can be canceled at any time through your Google Security Dashboard.
Google Drive Resource Selection
- Scope Requested: File picker metadata (file names and resource identifiers).
- Purpose: Enables users to select and link reference files to relevant learning modules.
- Data Usage: Only explicit user selections are accessed; the portal never scans or browses unselected Drive folders.
- Retention: File links are saved to display reference attachments.
- Revocation: Revocable anytime via your Google Third-Party App permissions.
Google Forms Integration
- Scope Requested: Form questions and submission data.
- Purpose: Imports surveys, assignments, and test templates into platform modules.
- Data Usage: Form structures and student grade outputs are parsed to generate learning reports.
- Retention: Quiz templates and aggregate scores are stored securely in database tables.
- Revocation: Easily disconnected from Google's privacy portal.

4. Adherence to Google Developer Standards
Our use and transfer of information obtained through Google APIs strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use clause. 6. Security Safeguards
We apply technical and organizational security controls to protect your records. All web traffic is encrypted using standard TLS/HTTPS protocols. Data access within the database is restricted to verified users through strict authorization policies and secure infrastructure controls.
7. Session Storage & Cookies
We use functional session cookies and local web storage to keep you authenticated and preserve UI preferences. We do not place third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on your device.
8. Retention Timeline
Active account information and uploaded course materials are maintained for the lifespan of your active subscription or membership. Upon account deactivation or explicit deletion requests, personal records are permanently purged from active system servers within 30 days.
9. Rights & Connection Management
As a user of our portal, you hold clear rights regarding your personal records:
- Information Access & Edits: Review and update profile information through your personal account settings page.
- Revoking Permissions: You can disconnect our platform’s access to your Google account at any point via the official Google Security Management Panel.
- Account Erasure: Request permanent removal of your account and personal records by submitting a request to your Organization Administrator or contacting our privacy desk.
