Gadvance Portal is a centralized administrative and learning management platform. The platform provides authorized users with access to administrative, academic, learning, and organizational features according to permissions assigned within the system.

Gadvance Portal uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users. Google authenticates the Google account used to sign in, while access to Gadvance Portal features and permissions is determined by the platform and its authorized administrators.

By accessing or using Gadvance Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any applicable platform policies, rules, or procedures governing your use of the system.

These terms apply to authorized users of the platform, which may include:

• System Administrators: Personnel responsible for platform administration, configuration, and technical operations.
• Instructors & Leads: Authorized personnel who use available academic, course, or learning-related features.
• Authorized Personnel: Individuals granted access to specific administrative or organizational functions.
• Other Authorized Users: Users who have been granted access to specific platform features based on their assigned role.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use Gadvance Portal.

Gadvance Portal must be used only for legitimate organizational, administrative, academic, or learning-related purposes for which the user has been authorized.

Access to courses, user records, administrative modules, and organizational settings is controlled through role-based permissions within Gadvance Portal.

Authorized administrators may assign, modify, restrict, or revoke permissions when necessary for platform operations, security, account management, or compliance with applicable policies.

Google authenticates the account used to sign in. Authentication through Google does not by itself grant administrative privileges within Gadvance Portal. Portal permissions are determined separately by the platform's authorization controls.

We aim to keep Gadvance Portal available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, security measures, infrastructure issues, or other operational requirements.

Access to Gadvance Portal may be suspended, restricted, or terminated when reasonably necessary, including when a user violates these Terms, misuses assigned permissions, engages in unauthorized activity, or presents a security or operational concern.

Where appropriate, access restrictions may also be applied when an individual's platform authorization or assigned role changes or ends.

Gadvance Portal may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to maintain authentication, security, session state, and selected interface preferences.

These technologies are used to support the operation of the platform. Information about personal data and Google user data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for using Gadvance Portal in accordance with their assigned role and applicable platform policies.

• Keep control of the Google account used to access the platform.
• Use only the features and information that you are authorized to access.
• Protect confidential organizational and personal information accessed through the platform.
• Report suspected unauthorized access, security issues, or account compromise through the appropriate support channel.
• Follow applicable platform policies and procedures when using system data and features.

Gadvance Portal is provided on an&lquos;as is&rquos; and &lquos;as available&rquos; basis. While reasonable efforts may be taken to maintain the platform, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gadvance Portal and its administrators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the platform, operational practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page together with a revised effective or updated date. Continued use of Gadvance Portal after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Use of Gadvance Portal may also be subject to applicable platform policies, information security requirements, administrative rules, and applicable laws and regulations.

Where applicable, the processing of information obtained through Google APIs is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how Gadvance Portal handles information obtained through Google Sign-In.
